libgooglecharts-ruby software package provides Transitional package for ruby-googlecharts, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgooglecharts-ruby
libgooglecharts-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgooglecharts-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgooglecharts-ruby *
You will get with libgooglecharts-ruby package name, version, architecture and description in a table
